Unknow line hangs up

Hi All,

My problem is the following:
The lines stochastically hanged up at big traffic. The used trunks are always another. Nothing systematically. The same thing about this case is the big calling traffic.
I haven’t found any usable information in the IPO Syslog files.

About the CC config:
IP 412 3.1(48)
Telephones: 4621SW+
I don't know the type of the used switches

I think the problem is on the switches, but in the log file of the switches looks like right.

But I don't know where is the source of this problem!

here is a little explanation

Cause No. 38 - network out of order [Q.850]
This cause indicates that the network is not functioning correctly and that the condition is likely to last a relatively long period of time e.g., immediately re-attempting the call is not likely to be successful

for more help you need to add more of the trace and turn on layer 1 and 2 at the tab isdn

You should be getting Cause 16= Normal call clearing.

The explaination of the error you get is:
CAUSE 27 "Destination out of order" This cause indicates that the destination indicated by the user cannot be reached because the interface to the destination is not functioning correctly, i.e. a signalling message could not be delivered to the remote user (e.g. a physical layer or data link layer failure at the remote user, user equipment off-line, etc.).
