I am running unix agent on a FREEBSD box. I can see the resource and files under it from my BE server but it is not showing the sub directories for some reason.

Take a look at the agents.cfg in etc\bkupexec
What folders to you have published?

Try reinstaling the unix agent and publish / or root.
Dont use any passwords on the resources.
You will have to reboot the server or restart the unix agent.

I do not know why I was reluctant to reboot but that did it.
