Universal Groups

I was under the assumption that Universal Groups replicate along with Active Directory and unlike global groups are visible in all domains. Can anyone inform me if this is true.

yes it is (at least accordin to minasi book that i read last night), that's why it is attractive since it is visible in all domain but also make a heavy load since it is replicated to all dc

Keep in mind, Universal Groups are only available in a native-mode Win2k domain.
