Unity PIN to access messages from phone

Hi,

Unity 8, users press messages button on their phone and can retrieve messages without entering a PIN, how do I force them to input their pin to get their messages?

Go into voice mail, on the user basics page, there is an option for "skip password when calling from a known extension". Uncheck that.

You may also want to check your user template too, otherwise you will be building new mailboxes that way if that is the way the template was built.

Thanks, didn't realise it was that easy, I can just bulk edit all the users.....
