Ok Treat me like I know nothing as I dont really. The voicemail announcements are in EnglishUS and the drop down box gives me know option to choose English UK.

How do I get this changed or new languages loaded.

What do I need?

Remember go gentle I'm new to Cisco CM.

You need to check your license to see you can add any languages. If you can add more, I believe you just need to re-run the install, select the languages you want and it will prompt you for the correct Service Pack disks.

Hi,

You need a CCO login to download Unity Locale files. To get rid of annoying US "Press Pound...." you need the Unity locale containing the EN for English.
