Unity Connection 2.1 Rings First then Connects

We are currently running CUCX 6.1.2.1002-1 and Unity Connection 2.1.2ES21.1120-21 and lately have been having an issue with vm not picking up immmediately.
When you press the Messages Button it sometimes rings 3-4 times then finally prompts you for your password and allows you check your messages.
Has anyone seen this issue or had this happen with them?

are all your unity ports in the hunt group registered and operational?
It sounds like some of the ports are inactive and it keeps hunting for an active port.

Yes so far as I can tell all are registered and operational, the tech from the TAC Case mentioned something about a "bug". But have not heard much more from them regarding it.

I just noticed that under CTI Route Point our TransfertoVM is not registered it just says unknown. I am going to reset it to see what happens.
