I would like to set up our front desk AA for an after hours recording after 5pm M-F and weekends to let outside callers know what our hours of operation is. I found Schedules under System Settings, but don't understand how to use it.
I already have a CTI RP built and pointed at the AA which has a menu option to talk to the operator (front desk phone).
Can someone give me some detailed instructions on how to use a schedule?
