United Asset Coverage for maintenance? 1

Does anyone have any experiences with United Asset Coverage as a maintenance coverage alternate to Avaya?
 
In my experience, UAC provides two services: monitoring and maintenance. They sub out both. They will give you contact information for the vendor they are using; if you have a problem, you call the vendor, not UAC. That's how I found Walt Medak & Associates. They were UAC's vendor of choice, and put me in touch with Walt. WMA was able to provide better service and quicker response than UAC ever could.
