Oct 19, 2005 #3 synapsevampire Programmer Mar 23, 2002 20,180 US As turk pointed out, the method depends upon your version of Crystal. In CR 8.X, you can modify the Database->Show SQL Query, in later versions use the Add Command object to create your own query from scratch. You'd be best served to create the query on the database side as a View (or Query in Access). In the future, please post technical information. -k Upvote 0 Downvote

Oct 19, 2005 #5 Turkbear Technical User Mar 22, 2002 8,631 US Hi, and our questions were: Crystal Version Database type and Version What kind of union ( or is it really a join?) So, we can only guess what may work... Try one of Synapse's methods.. To Paraphrase:"The Help you get is proportional to the Help you give.." Upvote 0 Downvote
