Uninstalling SMS

I recently inherited a previous bad installation of SMS. I need to remove the client software from alot of computers and have been playing with some scripts that I found online. The problem I've run into is getting rid of the profiles and local accounts made by SMS. Is there an easy way to get rid of these? If not, does it hurt anything to leave them on? I will be reinstalling SMS later.

As long as you use the 20clicln.bat all should be OK. Have successfully de-installed sms off 450 P.C's and re-installed it back later. Word of advice make sure u use a different site code when u re-build. It will make it much easier to find any machines which aren't installing properly.
