Uninstalling CSNW

I'm attempting to uninstall Client Services for Netware (un-networked computed) to enable me to use the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching however selecting the properties of my ISP in the Network Connection/Control Panel does not seem to do anything. No window or even message appears.

My ISP is AOL. Can anyone help please?

Make sure you boot into Safe Mode without networking...hopefully there won't be a lock on those two items.
