Uninstalled Program Wants to Install at Start up

Hi there,
I have this stray program that I had installed and then uninstalled later one. However, now it keeps appearing at startup and I can't find where to get rid of it.

I went through the control panel to uninstall it in the first place, and it seemed to work ok. I can find nothing on it in my system. I've checked the start up folder, the folder where it "was" installed and nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem and I do I stop it?

run msconfig and see if there is an entry for it in the startup tab.

Also could be in the "runonce" setting in the registry. That is what software does when it says you must reboot to finish. It puts a command in the "runonce" setting to do upon reboot.

Go to

and download the startup exe file.

Its a detailed startup manager (really easy to use) and one of the tabs on it is Runonce. Its safer than editing your registry too.
