Uninstallation Errror

Help,

I am trying to uninstall the remote agent from the Exchange Server and it is giving me the following error:
"An error ocurred while trying to remove Backup Exec Remote Agent for NT/2000. Uninstallation has been cancelled."

We have recently installed a Service pack on our exchange server would this have anything to do with it? I am just trying the remove it from the add/remove programs section in the control panel...Is there another way I can do it??

Platform NT4.0
Exchange server 5.5

Any input would be gratefully recived.
