Unfortunately there is no way to do a silent uninstall of Inoculan 4.0. You can kick off the uninstall but it always requires user confirmation and will fail if the user does not have admin rights.
Options:
1) Cry/shout/scream
2) Run around you 1000 machines (good for overtime)
3) You could use a bit of vbscript to send a keypress to confirm the unnstall, but let me guess, you can't run vbscript because you have disabled it to protect against viruses!
psexec to run the uninstall manually but at least remotely.
5) Use something like Unicenter TNG Software delivery or ShipIT etc to create a script which removes registry keys, files etc necessary. (This is what I did and its not easy or reliable). I can send you a copy of the script which lists the registry keys and files if it helps.
6) Write some code (mabye a VB executable or similar) to remove the files and registry keys similar to above.
