Uninstall and reg cleaning

Hi!
I have a problem with Office 2000 Premium. When I use word or excell the system crashes! (
No problems neither with other softwares nor with hardware.
I tryed to uninstall/reinstall the entire pack, but the problem comes back again. Probably because the office uninstall doesn't clean everything... How can I do it? I would like to find a cleaning software, able to clean up the register too...
