Unify // Hipath Analogue extension ports fail

Hello, we have a hipath that was upgraded to Unify, but they have an issue with the analogues that they frequently lock up for no reason , they show active within maintenance but you cant hear anything when answering them if they ring.
A reboot seems to temporarily fix them. but im not sure what causes this.
We have replaced the analogue cards, the psu, the chassis and the motherboard.
We haven't replaced the SD card but thats next.
I recall something about phantom ringing in the backend of the system on hipaths that used to lock up the analogue ports..

I remember something related to AICS or RELTEST, on my 9006, but I don't know how that translates for your system.
