We have had the unified messaging up and running just fine until 3 months ago when the email notification stopped. But the funny thing is, it is still working for certain domain names. I tried rerouting the emails to gmail and back to the main domain, thinking that maybe out ISP increased the spam filters. The gmail worked for two weeks and it stopped again.

I can not figure out how the emails are being sent from the program and what the solution is to get it to work with our email. Any ideas?

The Unified Messaging app uses a separate pc to send the emails out to your mail server. It sounds like the spam filters from either your ISP or an internal filter was updated and is now filtering the emails out. It may be because the voice mail file attached is a .wav file and some filters are set to not allow those. You can check out the link below for more info on installing the UM.

Thank you for the response. When I switched the email to go through the Gmail accounts, it worked for two weeks and then stopped working. The emails are held in the "fail" or "held" folders of the UM program. Because it sent emails then stopped, I don't believe it is the ISP and spam filters. Any thoughts on the software and why it would send and then stop?

check the services of the pc and make sure that service is up and running it should be set to auto so that it(the service) starts when ever the PC may shut down.
