unified messaging time stamp in outlook 2003

Norstar MICS 7.1 Call Pilot 3.1 I have a customer that is using Unified Messaging with Outlook 2003. The time stamp in Outlook shows the incorrect time. When they login to their mailbox through a set and listen to the message envelope it has the correct time and date. This is not one I've seen before anyone have any suggestions

I gather you tested and emailed the user and noted the time to make sure the mail server and the users PC has the correct time?

Yes e-mail has correct time and date. Only in the Call Pilot store is it incorrect. Also there are only two users that have the Unified Messaging at this location and both are having same trouble.

Try this.

Resetting the CallPilot message store for Microsoft Outlook
This feature is available only for subscribers who use Microsoft Outlook. Resetting the CallPilot
message store removes invalid or corrupt messages from the inbox.
Lotus Notes and GroupWise clients can reset their mailboxes by choosing the Refresh CallPilot
Message List option.
To reset CallPilot message store for Microsoft Outlook 2000
1 Press Ctrl + Shift.
2 On the Tools menu, click Send and Receive, and then click CallPilot Transport.
3 Press Ctrl + Shift until the CallPilot Reset Mailbox dialog box appears.
4 Select the Reset Mailbox button.
All CallPilot messages are purged from the subscriber's mailbox, and the CallPilot message
headers that are stored for the subscriber are downloaded again. The messages disappear and
then reappear one by one. All message caching is lost.
Note: The messages are not deleted from CallPilot. The messages are removed
from the client computer cache. The messages are downloaded again from
