Unified Messaging Not Working

I am trying to implement UMA on a Partner R7. I am getting the following error in the umslog.csv:

ERROR,1,[21752],04/07/2008,13:02:09, Could not open default message store hr=0x80004005

I am using the Administrator account with the correct password. The services start without a problem.

I have double-checked to make sure that the Administrator has the correct permissions in Exchange. Actually, here is what the umslog.csv states:

What prompted me to look at the log file was after installing everything and going to configure the UMA in Messaging I was getting an error:

Unable to create the Email server on the UMA system.

You may have already tried this, but I would do a full uninstall, reboot, reinstall.

Yes the reboot was requiered...

reboot your voice mail module as well, and check the LAN cord connecting the voice mail module to the network.

Sometimes it is the simple things...it worked after doing this and a couple of updates.
