Is there anyway for the voice messages to come into Outlook as .wav files instead of the proprietary .vbk files that Call Pilot imports them as? or is there a product that will auto convert
You can open the files in the UM client and save them as a WAV file. If you email the VBK file to someone off premise, the client will convert them to WAV provided you selected that option in the client.
