Unified Messaging and Fax

I am setting up new customer and they would like Faxes to go to their mailboxes. I have faxes reaching mailboxes but not being recognized. I read that to have mailboxes accept fax they need fax properties. I do not find anywhere to set those up. The BCM 50 has keycode for Fax Suite. Does it also have to have Fax messaging keycode for this to work?

No, fax suite should be enough. What do you mean with "faxes reach mailbox but no being recognized"??

The voice mail box is recording the fax tones and not recieving the fax.
