Unified manager on BCM 3.7

I have taken over a old issue on a 3.7 BCM 400. Some services do not expand (telephony services). I am running Java 1.3 and have the current patches suggested including the UM3 that resolves this issue but to no resolution.

Anyone else have this issue that wasnt corrented by JAVA?
 

Go in Maintenance and reset the unified manager or simpler do a reboot of the bcm, it should fix it.

 
Often a software reboot will not clear this problem. Actually
powering down the BCM will sometimes work when the other two
fail.

You may need to go in with a user level that allows you full access to all levels such as administrator.

Your acess leve may be restricted to perform only limited programming.

if you can open some telephony programing but not all then its possible you access is limited.

try a higher level user and password..eedge etc
 
have tried full power down including pulling the power also have full access and still no resolution.
 
Please tell me Java 1.3 is a typo you should be using 1.5 or the very latest 1.6 update 12 !!!



If its not broke tweak it..
 
An eariler post said that 1.6 ver 12 fixed the java problem..the version i use is 1.5 which works.
 
No joke , Ive tried em all from 1.6 to 1.3. the problem is I can get into other 3.7 just not this one which has been ongoing for over a year.
