Unified Manager issue

I have a strange problem that I can't seem to figure out. I have a PC that when they log onto a BCM that they are unable to open the Telephony Service or the Media Bay Modules, it just won't show the pull down. I can access that same system and everything is fine. I know it's probably something stupid but its been awhile since I had to set up a PC. Thanks.
 
You have to set the Dropdown menu to alow.
 
Where is that set at? I don't remember having to set that before, thanks for you reply.
 
I don't see that option in the tools menu, I looked all over in the options menu and I don't see that option.
 
Would that have something to do with having Popup blockers enabled?
 
Pop up blocker is disabled.
 
Try reloading their Java runtime and see if that helps.
