I need to get some help with my Panasonic TDA30 we reset it because the alarm was flashing and now none of the phones ring. could someone recomend an expert in surrey area who could come and sort it out?

To elaborate on my problem inbound calls are flashing on the handsets but none of them will ring, I can make calls from the handsets.

you need to set up an icd group with members in it who
are going to ring and the point your lines at the group.....

They are now ringing apart from a cordless plugged into DHLC4 again I can call out on this

Hi Shawn

The cordless phones I mentioned are actually ringing and I can answer calls from them but I cannot call out from them.
I have 6 trunk lines (slot’s LOT4) on my system with several KX handset extensions (slot DLC8 1-8) and I can opt from line 1-6 to dial out, but when I call for a line from the cordless phones (slot DHLC4) you don’t have that choice. we dial (9) for a line but they are both trying to use line 8 instead of 1-6.
Would you mind explaining to a ten year old how I assign slot 1 to use trunks 1-6?
