unhandled exception 1

I keep getting the following: "unhandled exception: c0000005 at address:100016b8" I can't find how to correct this.

Howdy:

The Deflin Media Player that is causing the problems. Is their website, click on products and you will see what I mean.

Uninstall it and you should get rid of the error message..
