unhandled eexception error C103063d3

Users not logged on to Outlook can not connect to server.When I open ESM and try to open servers I recieve "unhandled exception has occurred ID # C10306d3" message.
please help

Have you installed anything else on the server, such as SQL or SPS?

I belive this is is caused by the MS Search service having being modified / updated. To fix this perform an admin only reinstall.
