Unexpected Line Breaks in Outlook

When a certain user replies or forwards an email in Outlook2000, his message is received with unexpected line breaks in his reply making the message difficult to read.

His configuration appears similar to all others but I suspect he has made some subtle change.

Any suggestions?

Thanks. Turns out he had changed the format to word wrap at 132 characters instead of default.
