undo & redo in Draw 10 grayed out permanently

I ran into this problem too and it gave me fits. I finally found the answer on designer.com's newsgroups. Here it is:
In your document go to "View" and make sure "Enable Rollover" is not checked. This is what causes the Undo/Redo buttons to be greyed out.
