We have recently been getting externally sent mail being blocked by mail sweeper. The message our users have been getting is
Mail Sweeper Classification: UNDETERMINED MESSAGE
When we examine mail sweeper it appears that it has been blocked due to undetermined mail attachment. However when we look at the e-mail the user sent id doesn't contain an attachment.
This problem is happening for a number of users but not all. The users are all sending to different external mail addresses and it is not blocking all recipients for these users.
Can anyone help.
