Undetermined Mail in Mail sweeper

We have recently been getting externally sent mail being blocked by mail sweeper. The message our users have been getting is

Mail Sweeper Classification: UNDETERMINED MESSAGE

When we examine mail sweeper it appears that it has been blocked due to undetermined mail attachment. However when we look at the e-mail the user sent id doesn't contain an attachment.

This problem is happening for a number of users but not all. The users are all sending to different external mail addresses and it is not blocking all recipients for these users.

Can anyone help.
 
Hello there

Mailsweeper could be placing those e-mails within the undetermined queue if it thinks they are corrupted.

Check carefully before releasing any e-mail that has been placed by mailsweeper in this queue, because if any virus or code has amended the original message sent, it will be placed in this queue. We normally delete all of them straight away and if we think that the message could be important to the user/sender, we ask them to repeat it.

Be careful with any message that has been placed here

Thanks for your input but I have now resolved the problem.
 
We were using a DR box at the time and this server wasn't up to the job, Once we went back to the origonal box wich is a higher spec the problem resolved it self. It seems that the error message we received was a by product that mailsweeper app could run quickly enough on the DR Server.
