Underlay Following Sections 1

Is it possible to control underlay following section by using formula on it?
For example, I want my page header section "E" to be underlaid all the way to detail section but stop right before report footer "D" .

Is there a way to do that?

No, because there is no way to reference report sections. The only way you could potentially manage this is by controlling where on the page the RF_d section starts, e.g., maybe by formatting it to start at the bottom of the page.

OK. Let me try this way.
I'll suppress them so that it does not get displayed on the last page.
However for some reason, my page number do not get changed.
Is there a way to read the page number from entire document?

I have several page header two condition detail section and several report footers and a page footer

I have page number problem with the report that I created.
I have three 3 page headers(2 are used as strictly for "Underlaying Following Sections" purpose), detail section, 4 conditional report footers (at most three report footers will be displayed)

Because I do not have much data on detail section and page header that counts, even though I have three pages, the report keeps saying i have "one page" in the report.

In other word, in page 3, if i display "Page Number" variable, it will display 1 instead of 3.

Check the section expert and see if you have "reset page number after" on any of the sections and remove that. I am assuming that you are using the pagenumber field that is shown under "Special Fields" in the field explorer.
