undeliverable

We are having undeliverable message with the following error message "550 Error: Message content rejected" by sending email to one of customer as new message or replying our customer's email. However, We have no problem sending to others and that customer has no problem receiving from other that else. Any help would be appreciated. We are using Microsoft Exchange 5.5sp4 on NT4.0 sp6a.

Hi,
This might be one reason, (If you are getting the "550 Relay Denied" error message, the outgoing mail server cannot verify who you are and will not allow you to send mail.

Or could be your black listed....go to google.com and check how to find if your black listed.

'Error 550' is an error generated by the destination server that the recipient resides on, not yours. It looks as if the mail has left your domain with no problems, but it seems there is some sort of restriction or problem on the recipients server. If you are not the admin for that server, try contacting the apropriate admin so they can check it out.

Also, post the full NDR so we can have a look.
