Undeliverable mail attachments

Hello, New to exchange 2003 and I have a question.
In Exchange 5.5 you could have and NDR(Non Delivery receipts)sent to an administrator account, with the NDR, the attachment was the original message. this allowed you to forward the message to a user if their e-mail address was mispelled (for example "joed@blah.com" is the real address and mail was sent to joeyd@blah.com) How do I get exchange 2003 to send me the attachment so in the case above, i could forwad the mail to the correct user?
Any help woul be great.

After 3 hours onm the phone with HP support, and getting nowhere I combed through microsoft's web site and finally found this KB article which is useless except for the more information section.....
