Undeleting audix messages

Hi all,
Is there a way of retrieving deleted messages from the definity audix system? The user recieved the message today and has just deleted it? John

Get the user to login to their mailbox and then enter '**8' to undelete the last message.

The **8 is the correct command to undelete.
It may not work on some systems.
Also unless there has been a change in more recent issues
it will only work before the user hangs up from the current session. In other words they have just deleted the message and go oops I didn't want to do that, **8 and you have it back. Hang up and its a goner.

Thanks guys, she had already hung up and we tried the **8 but it seems its gone! Ah well! John
