undelete files on other computers in LAN

my computer connected to Workgroup Networking. I had delete a folders in another computer (using XP OS) from my PC (using Vista OS). How to undelete the files? because i already searched in Recycle Bin in my PC and couldn't find the deleted folder.

already checked the both computer's recycle bin and could not found the deleted folder

On the PC that you deleted the folder, you will need to start a Recovery App, that is the only way you will get those files back...
