Unanswered intercom call will not go to voicemail 2

I have a M7310 and it will not transfer to voice mail for an unanswered intercom call. On an outside incoming call it does fine. Any suggestions?

under termnials and sets > capabilities

Fixed it! Didn't see where I could change the abilities so I just copied the set of one that was working and WALAH! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I am having the same problem. I have a cics 4.0 w/ call pilot 100. If a station wants to transfer an outside call to another station, the called station just rings and never goes to voice mail. This also happens on an inside call- intercom to intercom, the voice mail never picks up. the Immmediate voice mail transfer works fine.

Under Capabilities in Term & Sets. There is where you can set the Call Forwared no Answer.
