This seems to be a issue far and spread out but, a few customers are unable to view the "drag and drop" tree that has been implemented on a iDocMan service. Everyone is on a 64bit windows 7 machine and is using IE8. The LiveLink plug-ins are installed and enabled but, still no drag and drop.

Any thoughts or help is appreciated.

No logs, and no not all users. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the plug-in because when I disable it, it clearly informs me and other users that is disabled-

"This view requires installation of the ActiveX control for Livelink ECM - WebDAV."

I'm just unable to see the "Drag and Drop" explorer.

I have also check all of the browser dag and drop options, set the website to trusted. Is it possibly a issue with the plug-in and 64bit?

We also have this issue here but also Windows XP users are affacted but for some users it works fine. The screens stays blank with the text "Loading Drag and Drop Window...

Windows 7 has a service called "WebClient" which must be running in order to access the WebDAV folder view. I believe if the service is set to "Manual" Win7 will start it for you, but you should definately confirm that it is running for your affected users.
