Unable to view gateway entries in NRS

I am able to log into the NRS ok, however when viewing the gateway or routing entries i keep getting an error on page permission denied.

Has any one experienced this before and how was it resolved. Could it be a problem with internet explorer?

What version of the NRS and waht version of IE? There was a bug a while back that required a patch to be installed on the Sig Server.

Is your DepList current for the Call Server and the Sig Server?

I am running NRS software version 4.50.88 and using IE 7.0. My DepList was updated just a few months back. I have no difficulty connecting to element manager the problem only occurs after i have logged in to NRS manager and try viewing gateway or routing endpoints.

Set the NRS IP as a trusted site in your IE. Also may require a reboot of the SS.

Try with IE rls 6
A patch in the deplist also solve that issue

Thanks for the info i tried accessing using a PC running Win2000 with IE 6.0 and was successful.

There is a patch for the sig server for this.

There is a setting under IE7 that has to be set in order to make it work with NRS. It might be this.

tools --> Internet Options --> Browsing History Settings --> select "Every time I visit the webpage". Click ok twice and restart you browser...
