Unable to use speed dials programmed on IP phones.

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody had experienced a problem on IP phones using a speed dial on a TNS key of a 4425 phone.
I am in the process of making sure the f/w revs of the phone are correct.

The system is TSWSP3GB1.16.

it just will not respond when pressing the programmed key.

Is it something you have programed from the PBX ore from the phone?
Have you enabeld PBX storing in konfig file?
I assume that it's not a extra key panel.

I have checked & changed the config file(dbc 42501) as below...

[STOREPHONEBOOKS]
EnableStoring=yes

It was set to 'no'

this worked a treat you can now use the keys assigned.
