I have set up OTM to download the CDR data from a Meridian switch using DBA.

In LD 117 I have ensured that data buffering for CDR and TRF are enabled.

I am able to get my TRF data but not my CDR.

I am sure that there is CDR data as I turned CTY on my TTY port and was able to see it.

Any ideas?

Do you enable also the BDI in LD 15 CDR_DATA?

Yes, BDI is enabled.

Here is a sample of the dba.cdr file:

T 10/24 00:00

T 10/25 00:00

T 10/26 00:00

T 10/27 00:00

T 10/28 00:00

I try to enable in Data Buffering & Access window with start a new session for my M1 CDR collection. (I have LAN connection to the M1) After that (if the first CDR come)was a current.cdr file created on HDD in Norte/Common Data/"site name"/"system name"/DBA.

Yes, I do have access to PDT.

Does the file that was created on your system have any CDR data in it?

My system creates the file but there isn't any call records in it.

what type of system 11c ? you need to config a tty port for cdr even tho it will not be connected to anything. You are sure no raw data is being collected in the otm server ?
