Unable to update Office XP Pro.

I just recently formatted a brand new dell optiplex 755. I install Office XP fine but when i go to office.microsoft.com to retrieve the updates i get this following error. I've searched google and wasn't able to find anything.

i turned off symantec antivirus and windows firewall, and i still receive error.
