In order to install CRM, I'm attempting to update .Net Framework to 1.1 with SP 1 and MSXML 4 SP 2. After numerous attempts to install and the install just hanging, I've found this in our app log:

There may be a problem with this extensible counter or the service it is collecting data from or the system may have been very busy when this call was attempted.
I can't seem to install anything on this server.
