Unable to update/(add) job record

I'm getting two errors related to a job record.

An E4107 Unable to update job record (EC=Can't get error info from server)

and E4106 Unable to add record (EC=** available disk space below minimum threshold {-900} (141-141-5) - Create

When I look up the error message on their website, it mentioned the rights to the Arcserve folder (system/full control). I've verified that's the case and it still won't update the database. I'm currently running Arcserve IT 6.61 - Workgroup Edition, Build 834SP2A with Win2000 Server Sp2.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

check what you have set the minimum disk threshold to be for the disk space on your drive.

Go to arcserve server admin, click on options then go to database. At the top it should say what your minimum is set to. You must have the database engine running in order for the value to be edited.
