Unable to transfer files to CompactFlash Card

I can transfer files to the card by going into the W2K command Prompt and useing the copy command but I cannot copy/cut & paste or drag and drop from within W2K. Send To doesn't work either. Can someone supply a fix?

It's a Kingston Technology 256 MB Card (CF/256) It is assembled in Taiwan. There are two series of numbers on the back side label:

9930243-001.A00
P693527X5
