Unable to send to Hotmail 1

Hi,

We have an exchange 2003 server. Today, for some reason, we have been unable to send to hotmail or msn email accounts. But we can send to all other mail.

Can anybody help on this?

What's the NDR you get back when you try to email Hotmail?

Likely a reverse DNS issue. Check your public IP address at dnsstuff.com and verify you have a legit rDNS entry. If not, have your ISP create one.
