I am Unable to send mail from my out look express at my home computer. i can send mail to my company addresses but not any other extensions. what is the problem am not understanding???

You cannot send to other domains, because your mail server does not relaying.

But through our site am able to send mails, only through outlook i am not able to send

Your server is set to relay from only certain IP addresses. Since you are using your home computer which is out of the range you will not be able to send.

If you are using a static IP address at home then you could enter that IP address in your server's relay address list.

Or just use your local ISP at home to send e-mail out. This will be a good idea. You don't have to use your Corporate server to send e-mail out from home.

are you using exchange server? if so make sure you check on the checkbox that says "my server requires authentication" under server tab, in the accounts option.
