Hey all,
I have a user who is unable to send an e-mail to anyone outside of our network. At first I thought it was a forwarding issue but I just found out that he can't send a new e-mail either. Here's the error message:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'username@url.org'. Subject 'Read: New contact info ...', Account: 'Jack', Server: '192.168.2.9', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for username@url.org', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
He's accessing the mail server (Exchange 2k) with Outlook Express 6. I have other users running Outlook Express but they aren't having this problem, and I can't see anything different in the setup. I've double-checked to make sure the "My server requires authentication" information is correct and that the box is checked. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Joe Brouillette
