unable to see smtp messages in system monitor

I'm trying to figure out why vmail to email stopped working on a R9.1.12 IPO with embedded voicemail. Office 365 config...

System monitor is not showing smtp messages even though I've added the SMTP filter on the sys mon services tab.

I'll add that this has been working fine for years. Apparently it stopped working several months ago but just being reported.

Any help is appreciated!
 
Office 365 requires TLS 1.2 which the IPO cannot provide. You need a relay server to take the email and then forward it.
Not sure why the SMTP doesn't show but reboot the IPO and see if that brings it back to life

Thanks Westi. Is this just with IPO Rel 9.1 or embedded vm? I have other systems (most with vm pro or SE) that are working just fine.
