Unable to See Network Services with SP1 in DCs

After i apply Sp1 on any DC on the domain, the network Services is not working. I dont see any networks cards ( NIC )

if a uninstall sp1 everything works great

some info i found on the sp1 log.

Try downloading the service pack again. In the meantime update the driver for the NIC if possible.

If that does not work, try the Windows Server 2003 forum rather than the Exchange Server forum - you are more likely to get resolution.

Sorry i posted on the wrong forum, you think is a driver problem?
Because this happends on any DC Server.
