I'm learning new things with our PBXs with new issues. I know some about it.

I'm not sure how to get the version of our PBX, but I knows it's a Meridian CS1000. We're not able to run a Data Dump.

When we run LD43 we get...

I also ran a LD22 to see if anyone can help with what could be causing the issues...

REQ ****"

One thing I'm assuming is that LD60 is stuck or something.

Any ideas? IS there anything else to run to get more infomormation?

Thanks

Here's what I get...

EDD010

EDD0010 Invalid command or incorrect parameter.
Action:
Severity: Info. Critical to Monitor: Yes. SNMP trap: Yes

It would appear that the PBX thinks you are entering something other than EDD. Have you tried BKO ?

A quick search on Avaya's website states that an INI or Sysload is more than likely needed. What type of Call Server do you have? CPPM or what? Is it a CoRes or not?

What load would BKO be under, 43?

The type of call server I don't know. Is that something I can find out with a load?

Yes, BKO is under LD 43. You may also want to try the EDD CLR command. However, if this thing is under maintenance or warranty call those folks in to get this resolved. The Call server is a type of card in the system, designated with the version type. In LD 22 do a ISS command and also a TID command and post it back here.

Here ya go...

Do you and may I have the link to the Avaya site you were able to get the info from? Thanks

have you tried entering ld 43 then wait till you see the . before you type edd?

your example shows .d which is an invalid command so the edd010 is a valid error.

on some system, background task takes time to suspend and you have to wait for it to complete. once completed, it will provide the . prompt then you can start typing your command.

yyrkroon, I just saw that also, good catch. That may be his issue

You have to have a login to Avay's site to get that info.
