unable to restore 3300

I go to restore and it tells me
"unable to move archived file from local drive to server. Database restore was not successful."


any ideas?

check ftp_root to see if backup is in there. remove anything elese that may be in there and try again.

The error seems to indicate that it found the file but, as it states, it could not move it.

I would suspect security on your PC or Virus checker is preventing the action.

Try placing the 3300 in the trusted local sites if it's not there already. Turn of windows firewall or any software fireware that may be enabled.
